chapter,

unless

the

context

otherwise

“Health

information”

means

the

same

as

defined

in

C.F.R.

§160.103.

agency”

means

the

same

as

defined

in

agency

shall

not

purchase

or

otherwise

seek

to

collect

information

from

an

entity

that

is

not

subject

Accountability

the

Act,

regardless

entity
