district

shall

not

include

in

the

enrollment

report

nonpublic

pupils

receiving

classes

or

services

funded

by

federal

grants

or

allocations.

The

department,

audit

of

a

taxpayer’s

return,

shall

audit

tuition

tax

credit

portion

of

the

tax

return.

This

this

Act
