department

health

human

shall

submit

a

state

plan

amendment

to

the

centers

for

Medicaid

services

the

United

States

department

health

human

services

for

approval

to

provide

coverage

for

applied

behavior

analysis

services

under

the

children’s

health

insurance

program.

advisory

council,

a

benchmark

or

a

benchmark

equivalent

plan,

comply

the

federal

Social

Security

Act.
