Section
256.7,
subsection
23,
Code
2025,
is

amended
to
read
as
follows:

Adopt
rules
directing
the
community
colleges
to

uniformly
submit
data
,
including
individual-level

data,
from
the
most
recent
fiscal
year
to
the
community

colleges
bureau
department
,
using
criteria
determined
and

via
the
management

REQUIREMENTS.
Current
law
requires
18
the
state
board
of
education
to
adopt
rules
directing
the
19
community
colleges
to
submit
certain
specified
data
from
the
20
most
recent
fiscal
year
to
the
community
colleges
bureau
using
21
criteria
determined
by
the
community
colleges
bureau.
The
22
bill
modifies
these
provisions
to
instead
require
the
data
to
23
be
submitted
directly
to
DE.
The
bill
makes
several
other
24
modifications
related
to
data
submitted
by
the
community
25
colleges
to
DE,
and
related
to
data
submitted
by
DE
to
the
26
state
board
and
the
general
assembly,
including
modifications
27
related
to
the
information
to
be
included
in
the
annual
28
condition
of
community
colleges
report.
