AN ACT concerning elections; eliminating restrictions on municipal
regulation of political signs during certain periods of time around
election days; repealing K.S.A. 25-2711.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
Section 1. K.S.A. 25-2711 is hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
