AN ACT enacting the returning to nonaccountability of the executive
branch agencies that report to the governor act; eliminating the budget
process requirements of a program service inventory, integrated budget
fiscal process and performance-based budgeting system; repealing
K.S.A. 75-3718b.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
Section 1. K.S.A. 75-3718b is hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
