AN ACT concerning health and healthcare; relating to medications;
authorizing the over-the-counter purchase of ivermectin and
hydroxychloroquine tablets.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
Section 1. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary,
ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine tablets may be made available to the
public for over-the-counter purchase in this state. No prescription order or
consultation with a pharmacist or other healthcare professional shall be
required for such purchase.
Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
