AN ACT concerning administrative rules and regulations; relating to the
department of wildlife and parks; authorizing the adoption of certain
rules and regulations related to fees, registrations and other charges by
the department.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
Section 1. Pursuant to K.S.A. 2025 Supp. 77-441, and amendments
thereto, the Kansas department of wildlife and parks is hereby authorized
to adopt the following proposed permanent administrative rules and
regulations concerning fees, registrations and other changes charges as
identified and described in the economic impact statement rules and
regulations submitted by the department to the division of budget on
January 16 March 6, 2026: K.A.R. 115-2-2; and 115-2-3.
Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the Kansas register.
