AN ACT concerning the legislature; relating to giving testimony before all
committees of the legislature; requiring all persons to take an oath prior
to testifying before such committees.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
Section 1. Prior to giving testimony before any committee of the
legislature of the state of Kansas, all persons shall take an oath in the form
prescribed by K.S.A. 54-101 et seq., and amendments thereto. The
chairperson of any such committee shall be responsible for ensuring that
such oaths are administered and the taking of the oath is recorded in the
minutes of the committee.
Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
