AN ACT repealing K.S.A. 52-717; relating to the payment of negotiable
instruments on Saturday afternoons or holidays.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
Section 1. K.S.A. 52-717 is hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book Kansas register.
