AN ACT repealing K.S.A. 2025 Supp. 12-16,222; relating to the
prohibition on municipal establishment of guaranteed income
programs.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
Sec. 1. K.S.A. 2025 Supp. 12-16,222 is hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
