AN ACT relating to branch budget bills. 1
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: 2
Section 1. KRS 48.210 is amended to read as follows: 3
From the time of the submission of the budget recommendation of each branch of 4
government to the General Assembly until the enactment of all branch budget bills, 5
representatives of each branch of government sha ll be at the disposal of the General 6
Assembly and its appropriations committees and shall devote as much of their time as 7
may be required to the work of those committees, under the direction of their respective 8
chairmen. The Finance and Administration Cabi net, the Transportation Cabinet, and the 9
Office of State Budget Director shall provide such additional assistance to each branch of 10
government as may be required. 11
