AN ACT relating to concealing the birth of an infant. 1
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: 2
SECTION 1. A NEW SECTION OF KRS CHAPTER 500 IS CREATED TO 3
READ AS FOLLOWS: 4
A person shall not be penalized, prosecuted, or otherwise subjected to adverse action 5
based on that person's actual, potential, perceived, or alleged pregnancy outcomes, 6
including but not limited to miscarriage, stillbirth, or abortion. 7
Section 2. The following KRS section is repealed: 8
