Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: 3
Section 1. KRS 196.026 is amended to read as follows: 4
The Department of Corrections shall consist of the following organizational units: 5
(1) Division of Compliance; 6
(2) Division of Public Affairs; 7
(3) Office of Adult Institutions, which shall have the following divisions: 8
(a) Division of Operations and Program Services; 9
(b) Division of Medical Services; 10
(c) Division of Mental Health Services; 11
(d) Division of Education; 12
(e) Division of Correctional Industries; 13
(f) Division of Kentucky State Reformatory; 14
(g) Division of Luther Luckett Correctional Complex; 15
(h) Division of Roederer Correctional Complex; 16
(i) Division of Blackburn Correctional Complex; 17
(j) Division of Kentucky Correctional Institution for Women; 18
(k) Division of Northpoint Training Center[ Division]; 19
(l) Division of Eastern Kentucky Correctional Complex; 20
(m) Division of Bell County Forestry Camp; 21
(n) Division of Kentucky State Penitentiary; 22
(o) Division of Western Kentucky Correctional Complex; 23
(p) Division of Green River Correctional Complex; 24
(q) Division of Little Sandy Correctional Complex;[ and] 25
(r) Division of Southeast State Correctional Complex; and 26
(s) Division of Central Kentucky Medical Correctional Complex. 27

Each division specified in paragraphs (f) to (s)[(r)] of this subsection shall be 1
headed by a warden pursuant to KRS 196.160; 2
(4) Office of Community Services and Facilities, which shall have the following 3
divisions: 4
(a) Division of Probation and Parole; 5
(b) Division of Reentry; 6
(c) Division of Local Facilities; and 7
(d) Division of Addiction Services; and 8
(5) Office of Support Services, which shall have the following divisions: 9
(a) Division of Administrative Services; 10
(b) Division of Corrections Training; 11
(c) Division of Population Management; 12
(d) Division of Offender Information Services; and 13
(e) Division of Parole Board Support. 14
Section 2. Whereas it is critical to ensure that the Department of Corrections is 15
able to provide the care and capacity necessary for t he inmate population, an emergency 16
is declared to exist, and this Act takes effect upon its passage and approval by the 17
Governor or upon its otherwise becoming a law. 18
