A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION adjourning the 2026 Regular Session of the 1
General Assembly sine die. 2
Be it resolved by the House of Representatives of the General Assembly of the 3
Commonwealth of Kentucky, the Senate concurring therein: 4
Section 1. When the House of Representatives and the Senate adjourn on 5
Wednesday, April 15, 2026, they do adjourn sine die, and they shall not convene again 6
until the first occurring of the 2027 Regular Session on Tuesday, January 5, 2027, or an 7
extraordinary session upon call by the Governor. 8
