A JOINT RESOLUTION designating the "Tiny" Anthony Durham Memorial 1
Bridge in Laurel County. 2
WHEREAS, "Tiny" Anthony Aaron Durham was born on June 16, 1998, in Laurel 3
County, Kentucky, to Josh and Selina Thompson Durham; and 4
WHEREAS, Anthony Durham was a member of God's Refuge Church in East 5
Bernstadt; and 6
WHEREAS, Anthony Durham had a career in the lawn -care and landscaping 7
business; and 8
WHEREAS, Anthony Durham departed these earthly bounds on June 10, 2023, just 9
shy of his 25th birthday; and 10
WHEREAS, Anthony Durham is survived by his loving parents and his two sons, 11
Jase Ryan Durham and Cole Wayne Durham; and 12
WHEREAS, Anthony Durham leaves behind a whole host of fami ly, friends, and 13
community members who mourn his passing; and 14
WHEREAS, "Tiny" Anthony Durham's life was cut tragically short and his life and 15
memory are worthy of tangible recognition; 16
NOW, THEREFORE, 17
Be it resolved by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: 18
Section 1. Th e Transportation Cabinet shall designate the bridge on Kentucky 19
Route 490 at mile point .1 in Laurel County (Bridge ID # 063B00002N) as the 20
"'Tiny'Anthony Durham Memorial Bridge" and shall, within 30 days of the effective date 21
of this Resolution, erect appropriate signage denoting this designation. 22
