A RESOLUTION establishing the 2026 membership of the Kentucky State House 1
of Representatives. 2
WHEREAS, the Secretary of State has previously certified to the Hou se of 3
Representatives the results of the 2024 regular election; and 4
WHEREAS, under Sections 38, 39, and 43 of the Kentucky Constitution, the House 5
of Representatives must judge the elections, qualifications, and returns of the 6
Representatives therein; and 7
WHEREAS, the House of Representatives desires to establish the duly elected 8
membership of the 2026 Kentucky State House of Representatives; 9
NOW, THEREFORE, 10
Be it resolved by the House of Representatives of the General Assembly of the 11
Commonwealth of Kentucky: 12
Section 1. The House of Representatives accepts the certificates of election as 13
transmitted by the Kentucky Secretary of State and hereby finds these certificates to be 14
proper and in order, and they shall be accepted. The House of Representatives finds that 15
these members meet the qualifications as stated in the Kentucky Constitution. 16
Section 2. The following members shall constitute the 2026 Kentucky State 17
House of Representatives, listed as follows by district: 18
