A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Jeremy Winton as a member of 1
the Kentucky Film Leadership Council. 2
WHEREAS, on July 1, 2025, in accordance with KRS 15 4.12-282 and by virtue of 3
Executive Order 2025 -386, Governor Andy Beshear appointed Jeremy Winton to the 4
Kentucky Film Leadership Council for a term expiring June 30, 2026; and 5
WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 6
WHEREAS, Jeremy Winton has been determined to meet the requirements of KRS 7
154.12-282, representing film production companies; 8
NOW, THEREFORE, 9
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 10
Kentucky: 11
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of Jeremy Winton as a 12
member of the Kentucky Film Leadership Council. 13
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 14
notification of its adoption to Jeremy Winton of Louisville, Jefferson County, Kentucky, 15
and to Governor Andy Beshear, 703 Capital Avenue, Room 133, Frankfort, Kentucky 16
40601. 17
