A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Tara Horn to the Kentucky 1
Community and Technical College System Board of Regents. 2
WHEREAS, on September 11, 2025, in a ccordance with KRS 164.321 and by 3
virtue of Executive Order 2025-582, Governor Andy Beshear appointed Tara Horn to the 4
Kentucky Community and Technical College System Board of Regents for a term 5
expiring September 11, 2031; and 6
WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 7
WHEREAS, Tara Horn has been determined to meet the requirements of KRS 8
164.321; 9
NOW, THEREFORE, 10
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 11
Kentucky: 12
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of Tara Horn to the 13
Kentucky Community and Technical College System Board of Regents. 14
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolu tion and 15
notification of its adoption to Tara Horn of Nancy, Pulaski County, Kentucky, and to 16
Governor Andy Beshear, 703 Capital Avenue, Room 133, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601. 17
