A RESOLUTION confirming the reappointment of Chad Mills to the Kentucky 1
Housing Corporation Board of Directors. 2
WHEREAS, on October 21, 2025, in accordance with KRS 198A.030 and by virtue 3
of Executive Order 2025 -688, Governor Andy Beshear reappointed Chad Mills to the 4
Kentucky Housing Corporation Board of Directors for a term expiring October 30, 2029; 5
and 6
WHEREAS, the reappointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 7
WHEREAS, Chad Mills has been determined to meet the requirements of KRS 8
198A.030, representing the interests of the Kentucky State Building Trades Council; 9
NOW, THEREFORE, 10
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 11
Kentucky: 12
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the reappointment of Chad Mills to the 13
Kentucky Housing Corporation Board of Directors. 14
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 15
notification of its a doption to Chad Mills of Reynolds Station, Hancock County, 16
Kentucky, and to Governor Andy Beshear, 703 Capital Avenue, Room 133, Frankfort, 17
Kentucky 40601. 18
