A RESOLUTION confirming the reappointment of Paul Todd Case to the 1
University of Kentucky Board of Trustees. 2
WHEREAS, on July 24, 2025, in accordance with KRS 164.1 31 and by virtue of 3
Executive Order 2025 -457, Governor Andy Beshear reappointed Paul Todd Case to the 4
University of Kentucky Board of Trustees for a term expiring June 30, 2031; and 5
WHEREAS, the reappointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 6
WHEREAS, Paul Todd Case has been determined to meet the requirements of KRS 7
164.131; 8
NOW, THEREFORE, 9
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 10
Kentucky: 11
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the reappointment of Paul Todd Case to 12
the University of Kentucky Board of Trustees. 13
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 14
notification of its adopt ion to Paul Todd Case of Louisa, Lawrence County, Kentucky, 15
and to Governor Andy Beshear, 703 Capital Avenue, Room 133, Frankfort, Kentucky 16
40601. 17
