A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Debra Wulfeck to the Northern 1
Kentucky University Board of Regents. 2
WHEREAS, on April 15, 2025, in accordance with KRS 1 64.321 and by virtue of 3
Executive Order 2025 -229, Governor Andy Beshear appointed Debra Wulfeck to the 4
Northern Kentucky University Board of Regents to replace Elizabeth Thompson for a 5
term expiring June 30, 2027; and 6
WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 7
WHEREAS, Debra Wulfeck has been determined to meet the requirements of KRS 8
164.321; 9
NOW, THEREFORE, 10
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 11
Kentucky: 12
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of Debra Wulfeck to 13
the Northern Kentucky University Board of Regents. 14
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 15
notification of its adoption to Debra Wulfeck of Covington, Kenton County, Kentucky, 16
and to Governor Andy Beshear, 703 Capital Avenue, Room 133, Frankfort, Kentucky 17
40601. 18
