A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Andrew Marshall Coyle to the 1
Kentucky State Fair Board. 2
WHEREAS, on May 19, 2025, in accordance with KRS 247.090 and by virtue of 3
Executive Order 2025 -005, Commissioner Jonathan Shell appointed Andrew Marshall 4
Coyle to the Kentucky State Fair Board for a term expiring May 19, 2029; and 5
WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 6
WHEREAS, Andrew Marshall Coyle has been determined to meet the requirements 7
of KRS 247.090, representing the Kentucky Farm Bureau Federation; 8
NOW, THEREFORE, 9
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 10
Kentucky: 11
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of Andrew Marshall 12
Coyle to the Kentucky State Fair Board. 13
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 14
notification of its adoption to Andrew Marshall Coyle of Bath County, Kentucky, and to 15
Commissioner Jonathan Shell, Corporate Drive Complex, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601. 16
