1 AN ACT
2 To repeal R.S. 42:1123(31)(c), relative to the Louisiana Code of Ethics; to provide relative
3 to exceptions authorizing the employment of a former school board member as a
4 certified classroom teacher or certified school psychologist by his former school
5 board; to repeal the population limitation placed on the exceptions; and to provide
6 for related matters.
7 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
8 Section 1. R.S. 42:1123(31)(c) is hereby repealed in its entirety.
