HOUSE BILL NO. 286
BY REPRESENTATIVE BERAULT
1 AN ACT
2 To repeal R.S. 33:7728, relative to the St. Tammany Mosquito Abatement District; to repeal
3 the independent authority of the St. Tammany Mosquito Abatement District relative
4 to the expenditure of district funds; to repeal the district's authority to extend its
5 services outside the territorial bounds of the district and to pay health insurance
6 claims of its employees under certain circumstances; to repeal certain provisions
7 relative to the boundaries of the district and the name of the district; and to provide
8 for related matters.
9 Notice of intention to introduce this Act has been published
10 as provided by Article III, Section 13 of the Constitution of
11 Louisiana.
12 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
13 Section 1. R.S. 33:7728 is hereby repealed in its entirety.
