2 To enact R.S. 32:403.3(B)(2)(c), relative to motor vehicle traffic stops; to require the
3 Department of Public Safety and Corrections to create specially designed envelopes
4 for individuals with certain disorders and disabilities; to improve traffic stop
5 interactions; and to provide for related matters.
6 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
