STINE, AND WHEAT
1 AN ACT
2 To designate a portion of Louisiana Highway 163 from Green Tree Street to Watson Road,
3 in Webster Parish, as the "Sergeant William 'Billy' Earl Collins, Jr., Memorial
4 Highway"; to provide for implementation; and to provide for related matters.
5 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
6 Section 1. The portion of Louisiana Highway 163 from Green Tree Street to Watson
7 Road, in the town of Doyline, Louisiana, the parish of Webster, shall be known and is hereby
8 designated as the "Sergeant William 'Billy' Earl Collins, Jr., Memorial Highway".
9 Section 2. The Department of Transportation and Development is hereby directed
10 to erect and maintain appropriate signage reflecting this designation provided local or private
11 monies are received by the department equal to the department's actual costs for material,
12 fabrication, mounting posts, and installation of the signage, not to exceed the sum of seven
13 hundred fifty dollars per sign.
