A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
To commemorate the one hundredth anniversary of Guaranty Corporation.

company centered on trust, service, and opportunity for the people of the entire state of
Louisiana; and

trusted insurance and financial protection to families across Louisiana, further strengthening

HCR NO. 16 ENROLLED
WHEREAS, the company has expanded beyond radio, developing nationally
recognized digital marketing capabilities with Gatorworks, its digital marketing agency, and
Guaranty Health Solutions, which bridges the gap between healthcare and hospitality,
demonstrating that a Louisiana-born business can lead and innovate on a national stage; and
WHEREAS, Guaranty Corporation has consistently fulfilled its mission to "Enrich
Lives, Serve Others" by contributing to charitable causes, youth programs, education
initiatives, and disaster relief efforts across Louisiana; and
WHEREAS, the Foster family, now in its third and fourth generations of leadership,
continues to guide the company with the same integrity, resilience, and belief in Louisiana's
people that inspired George A. Foster, Sr., on his Pollock front porch; and
WHEREAS, Guaranty's employees, both past and present, are the backbone of its
success; the year 2026 marks the one hundredth anniversary of Guaranty Corporation, a
milestone achieved by only a select few American businesses; the company's longevity is
a testament to its enduring strength, innovation, and commitment to Louisiana.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Legislature of Louisiana does hereby
commemorate the one hundredth anniversary of Guaranty Corporation; does hereby
recognize the legacy of its founder, George A. Foster, Sr., and the Foster family; does hereby

culture, and communities; and does hereby extend sincere wishes for its continued growth,
prosperity, and service to the people of this state.
