2 To express legislative support for the letter submitted on January 6, 2026, by United States
3 Senator John N. Kennedy to the Unites States Fish and Wildlife Service.
4 WHEREAS, a letter was formally submitted on January 6, 2026, by United States
5 Senator John N. Kennedy to the United States Fish and Wildlife Service.
6 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Legislature of Louisiana hereby
7 expresses its full support for the January 6, 2026, letter submitted by United States Senator
8 John N. Kennedy.
9 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be transmitted to the
10 director of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service.
