2 To amend and reenact R.S. 14:46.2(C)(1) and 46.3(B), relative to human trafficking and
3 trafficking of children for sexual purposes; to provide a consistent definition of
4 "commercial sexual activity"; and to provide for related matters.
5 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
6 Section 1. R.S. 14:46.2(C)(1) and 46.3(B) are hereby amended and reenacted to read
7 as follows:
8 §46.2. Human trafficking

11 (1) "Commercial sexual activity" means any sexual or lewd or lascivious act
12 performed or conducted when anything of value has been given, promised, or
13 received by any person, directly or indirectly, including the production of or
14 transmission of child sexual abuse materials or pornography.

19 sexual or lewd or lascivious act performed or conducted upon the person or in the
