A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
To repeal Joint Rule No. 7 of the Joint Rules of Order of the Senate and House of
Representatives, relative to the establishment of the Atchafalaya Basin Program
Oversight Committee; to repeal the Atchafalaya Basin Program Oversight
Committee.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Legislature of Louisiana repeals Joint Rule No. 7 of the
Joint Rules of Order of the Senate and House of Representatives effective the second
Monday in March 2027, if the instrument that originated as Senate Concurrent Resolution
No.29 of this 2026 Regular Session of the Legislature is adopted.
