Resolve, Directing the Department of Labor to Report the Findings of the
Indoor Air Quality Advisory Group
Sec. 1. Indoor air quality advisory group report. Resolved: That, on or before
December 3, 2025, the Department of Labor shall submit to the Joint Standing Committee
on Labor a report containing the findings of the indoor air quality advisory group, which
was convened in 2024 by the Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Standards to advise
the Department of Labor, Board of Occupational Safety and Health on indoor air quality
matters that are beyond the standards set by the United States Department of Labor,
Occupational Safety and Health Administration. After reviewing the report, the committee
may report out legislation relating to the report to the Second Regular Session of the 132nd
Legislature.
