1Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
2Sec. 1. 22 MRSA §1427, sub-§9 is enacted to read:
39. Funds. The office may seek and accept funds from any source, including, but not
4 limited to, federal, state, county, municipal and private sources.
5SUMMARY
6 This bill provides that the Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Office of
7 Violence Prevention may seek and accept funds from any source, including, but not limited
8 to, federal, state, county, municipal and private sources.
