1Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
2Sec. 1. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and
3 allocations are made.
4UNIVERSITY OF MAINE SYSTEM, BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
5Educational and General Activities - UMS 0031
6 Initiative: Provides ongoing funds to employ, as research assistants or teaching assistants,
7 25 graduate students per year in research graduate programs, until each student completes
8 the student's program.
