1Sec. 1. Secretary of State to adopt rules. Resolved: That, no later than January
2 15, 2027, the Secretary of State shall adopt routine technical rules as described in the Maine
3 Revised Statutes, Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2-A to authorize the licensing of persons
4 to provide online driver education.
5SUMMARY
6 This resolve requires the Secretary of State to adopt routine technical rules no later than
7 January 15, 2027 to authorize the licensing of persons to provide online driver education.
