1Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
2Sec. 1. 22 MRSA §1341, sub-§1, ¶A, as amended by PL 2021, c. 545, §1, is further
3 amended to read:
4 A. The Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention may shall limit the number
5 of hypodermic apparatuses provided by the certified hypodermic apparatus exchange
6 programs to participants to one hypodermic apparatus per participant for each
7 hypodermic apparatus exchanged by that participant.
8SUMMARY
9 This bill limits the number of hypodermic apparatuses that may be exchanged by a
10 hypodermic apparatus exchange program certified by the Maine Center for Disease Control
11 and Prevention to one per participant for each one exchanged by that participant.
