1Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
2Sec. 1. 17 MRSA §3202, as amended by PL 1971, c. 334, §1, is repealed.
3Sec. 2. 17 MRSA §3204, as repealed and replaced by PL 2003, c. 452, Pt. I, §55
4 and affected by Pt. X, §2, is repealed.
5SUMMARY
6 This bill eliminates the prohibition on a place of business's opening on Sundays and on
7 certain holidays.
