1Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
2Sec. 1. 26 MRSA §774, sub-§2, ¶F, as amended by PL 1993, c. 434, §4, is further
3 amended to read:
4 F. Between the hours of 7 9 p.m. and 7 a.m. except during summer vacation, when that
5 minor may not work between the hours of 9 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
6SUMMARY
7 This bill allows minors under 16 years of age to work until 9 p.m. during the school
8 year and until 10 p.m. during summer vacation.
