1Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
2Sec. 1. 25 MRSA §2804-C, sub-§4, ¶B, as amended by PL 2005, c. 331, §22, is
3 further amended to read:
4 B. Provide a structured residential program that balances the goals of professional
5 policing with public services emphasis; and
6SUMMARY
7 This bill removes the requirement that the structured law enforcement training program
8 provided by the Board of Trustees of the Maine Criminal Justice Academy must be a
9 residential law enforcement training program.
