1Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
2Sec. 1. 38 MRSA §1611, as amended by PL 2021, c. 186, §18, is repealed.
3SUMMARY
4 This bill repeals the law restricting the use of recycled paper bags, reusable bags made
5 of plastic and single-use carry-out bags.
