1Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
2Sec. 1. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and
3 allocations are made.
4JUDICIAL DEPARTMENT
5Courts - Supreme, Superior and District 0063
6 Initiative: Provides a one-time General Fund appropriation to reimburse the City of
7 Ellsworth 50% of the costs incurred, up to $750,000, for building an access road to the
8 property on which the city is working with the judicial branch to build a new courthouse
9 for Hancock County.

11 This bill provides a one-time General Fund appropriation to reimburse the City of
