1Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
2Sec. 1. 17-A MRSA §1101, sub-§27 is enacted to read:
327. "Amphetamine" means any compound, mixture or preparation containing
4 amphetamine in any quantity.
5Sec. 2. 17-A MRSA §1101, sub-§28 is enacted to read:
628. "Methamphetamine" means any compound, mixture or preparation containing
7 methamphetamine in any quantity.
8SUMMARY
9 This bill amends the Maine Criminal Code to define "amphetamine" to mean any
10 compound, mixture or preparation containing amphetamine in any quantity and
11 "methamphetamine" to mean any compound, mixture or preparation containing
12 methamphetamine in any quantity.
