Resolve, to Increase Access to Energy Efficiency Programs by Low-income
and Moderate-income Residents
Sec. 1. Electric vehicle rebates. Resolved: That the Efficiency Maine Trust shall
ensure at least 1/2 of all funding available for electric vehicle rebates during the period of
the trust's 6th triennial plan developed by the trust in accordance with the Maine Revised
Statutes, Title 35-A, section 10104, subsection 4 is distributed to low-income and
moderate-income residents of this State.
Sec. 2. Energy efficiency programs. Resolved: That the Efficiency Maine Trust
shall ensure at least 1/2 of all funding available for incentives for weatherization and heat
pumps for dwellings in the State during the period of the trust's 6th triennial plan developed
by the trust in accordance with the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 35-A, section 10104,
subsection 4 is distributed for low-income and moderate-income residents of this State.
