1Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
2Sec. 1. 32 MRSA §85, sub-§10 is enacted to read:
310. Municipalities conducting or hosting training. The board shall adopt rules to
4 allow municipalities to conduct or host training for licensing under subsection 3, paragraph
5 A and relicensing under subsection 4, paragraph A.
6SUMMARY
7 This bill directs the Emergency Medical Services' Board to adopt rules to allow
8 municipalities to conduct or host emergency medical services licensing and relicensing
9 training.
