1Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
2Sec. 1. 20-A MRSA §8401, sub-§1, ¶E, as enacted by PL 2011, c. 679, §11, is
3 repealed.
4Sec. 2. 20-A MRSA §8401, sub-§1, ¶M-1 is enacted to read:
5 M-1. Regional School Unit No. 37 (Addison, Columbia, Columbia Falls, Harrington
6 and Milbridge) for the career and technical education center located in Machias;
7SUMMARY
8 This bill changes the school administrative unit responsible for the career and technical
9 education center in Machias from the Machias school administrative unit to Regional
10 School Unit 37.
