1Sec. 1. Office of the Attorney General online landlord registry. Resolved:
2 That the Office of the Attorney General shall develop and promote an optional online
3 landlord registry for landlords renting rooms within their primary residences. The registry
4 must include information informing landlords of their rights and obligations as landlords.
