(B) FOR THE PURPOSE OF A STUDENT TRANSFERRING SCHOOLS, IF A 1
RECEIVING SCHOOL ’S REQUEST FOR THE OF FICIAL ACADEMIC TRAN SCRIPT AND 2
RECORDS OF THE TRANSFERRING STUDENT ARE DENIED BY THE SENDING SCHOOL 3
DUE TO A DISPUTE BET WEEN THE SENDING SCH OOL AND THE STUDENT , THE 4
RECEIVING SCHOOL SHA LL ACCEPT THE FOLLOW ING DOCUMENTAT ION FOR THE 5
SOLE PURPOSE OF ALLO WING THE STUDENT TO CONTINUE THE STUDENT ’S 6
EDUCATION PROGRAM AT THE RECEIVING SCHOOL: 7
(1) AN UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT; 8
(2) REPORT CARDS PROVIDED BY THE STUDENT; 9
(3) STANDARDIZED SUBJECT–RELEVANT STANDARDIZE D TEST 10
SCORE REPORTS PROVIDED BY THE STUDENT; OR 11
(4) COPIES OF AWARDS AND HONORS DOCUMENTS; 12
(5) UNOFFICIAL ADVANCED PLACEMENT SCORE REPOR TS OR 13
INTERNATIONAL BACCALAUREATE DIPLOMA PROGRAMME EXAMINATION 14
RESULTS; OR 15
(6) ANY OTHER UNOFFICIAL RECORD OR COPY OF A DOCUMENT 16
REGARDING THE TRANSF ERRING STUDENT’S ACADEMIC RECORD TH AT PROVIDES 17
EVIDENCE OF THE STUDENT’S COURSE OF STUDY AND RECORD OF PROGRESS AT THE 18
SENDING SCHOOL. 19
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect July 20
1, 2026. 21
