diem beer license and a Class C per diem beer and wine license, the fee is [$75] $100 per 12

(2) (i) For a club holding a gaming event, the fee is [$100] $125 per 14

(3) For a Class D (3–day) beer and wine license, the fee is [$100] $125 per 16
day. 17

(b) (1) Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection, for a Class C per 18
diem beer, wine, and liquor license, the fee is [$200] $225 per day. 19

(2) (i) For a club holding a gaming event, the fee is [$150] $175 per 20
day. 21

(3) For a Class C (3 –day) beer, wine, and liquor license, the fee is [$200] 22
$225 per day. 23

(a) The Board shall charge an application fee for a new license. 25

(c) The application fee is [$300] $400 and in addition to any other fee required 26
for a license. 27

(b) (1) The Board may approve the transfer of one Class B beer, wine, and 1
liquor license with an off–sale privilege for use in Hyattsville. 2

(2) The annual fee fo r a license transferred under paragraph (1) of this 3
subsection is [$1,500] $1,650. 4

(h) The annual license fee for a Class B license obtained under this section is 6
[$2,500] $2,750. 7

26–1613. 8

(a) There is a Class B –DD (Development District) 7–day beer, wine, and liquor 9
license. 10

(h) (1) Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection, the annual 11
license fee is [$3,025] $3,330. 12

(2) The annual license fee for a license with an off –sale privilege issued 13
under subsection (c)(3) of this section is [$5,000] $5,500. 14

(a) There is a Class BLX license. 16
