AN ACT concerning 1

Baltimore County Code of Public Local Laws – 2025 Edition – Legalization 2

FOR the purpose of legalizing the 2025 Edition of the Baltimore County Code of Public 3
Local Laws and any supplement to the extent to which that code or supplement 4
contains laws enacted by the General Assembly; and generally relating to the 2025 5
Edition of the Baltimore County Code of Public Local Laws. 6

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND, 7
That the 2025 Edition of the Baltimore County Code of Public Local Laws and any 8
supplement to the 2025 Edition of the Baltimore County Code of Public Local Laws, to the 9
extent to which that code or supplement contains laws enacted by the General Assembly of 10
Maryland, is legalized. The 2025 Edition of the Baltimore County Code of Public Local Laws 11
and any supplement shall be deemed and taken in all the courts of the State and by all 12
public officials of the State and its political subdivisions to be evidence of the law enacted 13
by the General Assembly contained in the code or a supplement to it. 14

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect July 15
1, 2026. 16
