Bill H.1196

Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, any insurer or company licensed or otherwise authorized to transact accident and health insurance shall be held liable for all members’ unpaid deductibles and co-payments and reimburse health care providers accordingly.

The Division of Insurance shall promulgate all rules and regulations necessary to implement and enforce this section.
